As an Albuquerque native, avid traveler, licensed Real Estate professional, investor and home staging specialist, my goal is to bring a broad spectrum of creativity, integrity, energy, and hard work to every aspect of a real estate transaction. My journey to entrepreneurship and leadership has taught me focus, interpersonal communication skills, logistics and operations, as well as meeting and exceeding both personal goals and client goals. With 15 years of Food, Beverage and Hospitality Management experience from New York to San Diego, I look forward to providing each and every client with superior and individualized service. In addition, I project-managed for an early-stage startup accelerator and venture capital fund here in Albuquerque. I planned, managed and executed multiple demo-day events for an investor-led organization. This required high-paced design, iteration and execution of event planning, including interfacing with investors, entrepreneurs, VIP mentors/advisors and vendors to construct a seamless, professional investor event. I worked closely with the Managing Director to identify opportunities to improve the investor experience and reduce complexity of overall event management. I extend this this knowledge and proficiency to my Real Estate clients to reduce complexities and enhance the overall experience within a real estate purchase and sales transaction.
